Joyce has been a real estate agent in Florida since 2016..  Prior to realizing her dream of becoming a real estate agent Joyce was a Nurse  with 35 years extensive experience in caring for patients with Cardiac Care, OB GYN and Pediatric Care needs.  Joyce prides herself on ensuring her clients needs come first.  She has partnered with her husband Dwight Roche and together the they have formed The Roche Group, a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. The Roche Group are Full Service Realtors, specializing in Residential Sales, Estate Sales and Staging of Properties.  Joyce wants her customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.  

Dwight is the son of a WW 11 veteran.  He was born at Ft. Dix Walson Army Hospital.  Both of Dwight's parents grew up during the Great Depression and instilled the values of honesty and hard work in raising their family.  Dwight has a Bachelors Degree from Trenton State College and graduate Degree from Rider University.  Like Joyce, Dwight has over 35 years prior experience in working in Healthcare Administration.   Together Joyce and Dwight promise to listen to the needs of their real estate clients.  They practice care and compassion in ensuring their clients needs are listened to and met..  Joyce and Dwight are committed to ensuring their clients receive the best customer service available.
